Products are generally shipped within 1 day of order placement unless it falls on a weekend or holiday. 

Anticipated delay's or changes to shipping schedule will be posted at the top of the website. 

Once your shipping label is created, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. 

Local deliveries are Mon, Weds and Fri. Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be processed for the next delivery day.

Subscriptions are the easiest way to get your coffee when YOU want it. To set it up, follow these simple steps...

1. On the desired product page select "Subscribe and Save 8%" 

2. Select your desired delivery schedule--anywhere from every 1-12 weeks.

3. Select the number of the product you want auto shipped.

4. Click "Add to Cart"

5. For multiple subscriptions, repeat steps 1-3.

6. Click "Checkout"

7. Enter your customer information

8. Submit payment

You can add products to your subscription at any time by following these steps...

1. Click the account icon at top right of your screen and login to your account.

2. Search for the product you want to add.

3. Select "Subscribe and Save 8%".

4. Select "Add to Existing Subscription" in the blue box under the subscribe button

5. Once selected, you will see a popup window asking you to confirm that you'd like to add the product, select Yes.

3. Select "Manage" next to the subscription you wish to change.

4. Select "Product quantity"

4. Select "Swap product"

5. Click the double arrow box under manage.

6. Select either ground or whole bean in the product you want to swap to.

7. Click the Swap button next to the product you want to swap to.

8. A popup window will ask you to verify that you would like to swap.

3. Select "Manage" next to the subscription you wish to change.

4. Select "Upcoming Orders"

5. Click "Skip Order" next to the shipment you would like to skip.

4. Select "Upcoming Orders"

5. This will display the next 7 orders.

If you are canceling because you are unhappy with our product or had an unpleasant experience, please contact us at contact@berserkerbrew.com and tell us. We can't fix it if we don't know about it.

4. Select "Cancel Order"

In order for you to make changes to your subscription, you must first create an account through BerserkerBrew. Simply go to the small icon on the top right of your webpage (between the search and cart buttons). You will be prompted to sign in. Instead, select “Create Account” and fill in the appropriate information. Once this is accomplished, you should have access to your subscription.

3. Select "Manage" next to the subscription you wish to change.

4. Click on "View/update card"

5. Select "Click here to update card"

4. Select "Update address"

5. Make changes and save.

4. Click "Update shipping method"

5. Select from the dropdown menu and select update.

3. Select "Manage" next to the subscription you wish to change.

4. Select "Transactions"

If you receive your product damaged, please contact us at contact@berserkerbrew.com for details.

Please keep the original packaging and product. We will email you a return shipping label and ask that you return the item in it's original packaging. Once we receive the item(s), we will send a replacement. 

*If the item was damaged by the delivery service, we will need the original packaging to make a claim.
